Amidst all the alarming economic and geo-political macrotrends leading to layoffs, cost-cuttings and rising inflation, the biggest challenge for organizations has been “How to keep current employees focused and motivated?”
This is a time immemorial problem with many thinkers, most notably Adam Smith, Freud, Maslow among others trying to decipher its nuances.
Sharing the three major drivers based upon my learning in leading people through culture transformations and management of change:
1. Sense of making difference to the organization / world
2. Exposure and growth opportunities
3. Recognition and rewards (including instant)
Additionally, one key point to remember is that the more employees are connected to the organization’s culture and values, the more motivated they are going to be.

How to Use Your Friends Home Wi-Fi Password
Hey guys,
I know it's been a long time since I posted. Will give the explanations later.
We just had a December shutdown and I was fortunate to visit many of my friends houses, which I could not do, because of Covid lockdowns earlier - you may call this as my revenge travel :P
At one instance, I saw one uncle working on his laptop, and curious, I went to discuss what is he working on.
Post few mins of conversation, I realized that I too should work and asked him for their home's wi-fi password.
And that is when it hit him - he wasn't aware of their password!
So, in such scenarios, I am going to share what's your way out. Let's get started:
1. You need access to a device connected to that network (in my case, uncle laptop came handy)
2. On your keyboard, press WINDOWs + R button. This will open up Run pop-up. Windows button is like this on your keyboard -
4. That opens up the command prompt, type this simple command
netsh wlan show profile <<replace with Wi-Fi network name>> key=clear
And that's it, under Security settings -> Key Content, you can see the wi-fi password.
Rest is next.
Adios!

Artificial Intelligence: Bridging the rift between Aspiration & Activity
- Almost 85% believe AI will allow their companies to obtain or sustain a competitive advantage
- Only about one in five companies has incorporated AI in some offerings or processes
- Only one in 20 companies has extensively incorporated AI in offerings or processes
- Less than 39% of all companies have an AI strategy in place
- The largest companies — those with at least 100,000 employees — are the most likely to have an AI strategy, but only half have one
